Terms and Conditions for Digital Services

At Digihive, we take pride in providing high-quality digital services to our customers. We understand that every customer’s needs are different, which is why we work closely with each customer to ensure that their specific needs are met. However, please note that we have certain terms and conditions that must be followed in order to receive our services.

Payment:
All invoices must be paid in full and on time as outlined in the invoice. If payment is delayed for more than 2-3 months, the company reserves the right to keep the customer’s Social account and retain it as security until payment is made in full.

Quality of Work:
We will provide high-quality digital services and will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. However, please note that no refunds will be provided if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of work.

Refunds:
Since the services are digital and accessed immediately after payment, there will be no refunds or exchanges available.

Ownership:
Upon receipt of full payment, the customer will have full ownership and rights to use the digital services provided, but the company will retain ownership of the source files, specifically for social media post designs, and will not provide them to the customer.

Service Delivery Time:
The delivery time of service will be agreed upon prior to payment being made.

Termination of Contract:
If the customer terminates the contract before the completion of the service, they will not be entitled to a refund.
Digihive reserves the right to terminate services for any member/website without declaring reasons.

Liability:
The company will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the digital service provided.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the invoice or service provided will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If necessary, the dispute may be taken to court.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of incorporation of the company.
